Dmitry Shalupkin is the Chief Technical Officer of Chemical Technologies LLC in Saint Petersburg, Russia. As a CTO of RRT Global and ChemTech, he gained experience in creating and managing technical teams with successful results in industrial projects related to refining and petrochemicals.
