Luna, V. B.
is a health, safety and engineering functional lead at Fluor. She has worked in the process industry for almost 12 years, with combined experience in process engineering and process safety work. She manages the health, safety and environmental engineering function in Fluor’s Philippines offices and is also involved in the engineering and design of various types of facilities (onshore and offshore oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, LNG regasification, etc). She was recognized as a knowledge management pacesetter by Fluor for three consecutive years (2013–2015) for her efforts to share knowledge globally and to develop young engineers within her team.
