With more than 20 yr of engineering experience in refining, chemical processing and consulting, he specializes in mechanical integrity, fixed equipment reliability and inspection. Prior to joining Becht, Caserta served as Inspection Supervisor at a 100,000-bpd refinery, where he managed a team of more than 25 inspection and engineering professionals.
