Candice Kou is a design engineer at Fluor Corp. in Houston, Texas. She has been working on a project utilizing steel modularization in sub-arctic regions. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a BS degree in civil engineering, and earned her MS degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, with an emphasis in structural engineering.
