Dutta, H.
A chemical engineering graduate from Jadavpur University, Dutta has over three decades of experience in operations, process design and engineering, troubleshooting, safety management, project management and human resource management in various refineries, refinery headquarters and corporate offices. Mr. Dutta has authored several papers regarding technical, safety and management areas that have been published in both international and national journals, and is a regular faculty member in technical, process safety and behavioral areas. Since 2011, Mr. Dutta has served as executive director of India’s Oil Industry Safety Directorate, the technical directorate under the country’s Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas.
