Much has been written in recent years about the need for refineries to embrace the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
The Authors
Tonya Wyatt is a Global Product Line Manager at Emerson. She is responsible for Micro Motion flow and density transmitters and software. She has been with Emerson since 2000 in a variety of roles. She holds a Bch degree in chemical and petroleum refining engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
Ron Fleissman is a Software Product Marketing Manager at Emerson. He has extensive experience working with technology and software startups in New York City. He graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in political science.
