Effectively clean air fan coolers with water and steam
In many refineries and petrochemical plants, air fan coolers (AFCs) become a major bottleneck to increasing plant capacity. Many plants suffer from lower heat duty than designed, especially during the summer months, which can lead to lower plant capacity.

Jeong Byung-Moon is a Stationary Equipment Engineer at SK Energy in South Korea. He has more than 14 yr of petrochemical industry experience, specializing in pressure vessels, troubleshooting and maintenance. He holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Pusan University in South Korea.
Jeon Seok-Ryong is the Leader of the stationary equipment engineering team. He has more than 24 yr of experience in reliability and project management for refinery and petrochemical plants. He earned an MS degree in metallurgical engineering from Hanyang University in South Korea.
Kwon Sang-Gyu is a Rotating Machine Engineer at SK Energy in South Korea. He has more than 13 yr of petrochemical industry experience, specializing in rotating fans and air fan coolers. He holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Yonsei University in South Korea.
