Artificial intelligence (AI) in engineering a better tomorrow refers to the concept of utilizing AI technologies to enhance and innovate the field of engineering. This concept includes the integration of AI into various engineering disciplines to improve efficiency, accuracy and innovation.

Dr. S. Sakthivel works as the Deputy General Manager in the Technology Group at TATA Consulting Engineers Ltd., located in Mumbai, India. His expertise on green chemicals, green fuels, energy transition, and decarbonization, with a key role in evaluating emerging technologies for commercialization. He has experience in process engineering, technology analysis, selection, and screening, along with techno-economic assessments, pilot project development, and process hazard analysis.
