CB&I renews contract for US Gulf plant services

CB&I has been awarded a contract renewal valued at more than $48 million, the company announced Tuesday.
The renewal was granted by a leading manufacturer of synthetic rubber for long-term maintenance, operations and other industrial services at its facility in Geismar, Louisiana, according to CB&I officials.
"CB&I values our long-term relationships with our customers and this renewal award underscores our focus on building sustainable value through improved reliability and performance," said Patrick K. Mullen, president of CB&I's engineering, construction and maintenance operating group.
The name of the manufacturer was not disclosed.
