Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) will shut a crude unit at its 156,000-bpd Bina refinery in central India for 15 days of maintenance from August 11, its executive director said on Friday.
The refinery has one crude unit.
Diesel output from BPCL's Bina refinery will be affected during the maintenance turnaround, but gasoline production will continue through its secondary unit, the continuous catalytic reformer, Chacko Jose said.
The refinery will also be shut for 30 days in 2027 for capacity expansion to 220,000 bpd, he added.
