Venezuela's Cardon refinery restarting units after blackout

Venezuela's 310,000 barrel-per-day Cardon refinery, the country's second largest, began restarting operational units including crude distillation plants following a power blackout that hit the facility on Tuesday, six workers from the refinery said.

Power interruptions are frequent in Venezuela and many of them affect state-run PDVSA's operations.
