Shell, Sinopec, Total to build Singapore lube park
The partners will build Lube Park at the Tuas industrial complex in southwestern Singapore, and include import, export and storage facilities for the adjacent lube oil blending plants and grease manufacturing plants of the companies. Construction on the park will begin later this year.

Valero to build major methanol plant adjacent to Louisiana refinery
Construction at Valero's refinery in St. Charles, La., is initially scheduled to end by the 2016 first quarter and will expand the plant to make 1.6 million tpy of methanol. Production would start soon after.
