Eurodia raises €18 MM to support its rapid growth in the energy and environmental transition

  • Starquest Capital and Yotta Capital Partners take a minority stake in the group

Eurodia Industrie, a global specialist in industrial liquid extraction and purification processes, has secured an €18-MM minority investment from Starquest Capital and Yotta Capital Partners. The investment supports Eurodia's scale-up, driven by strong growth in its markets, the rising number and size of its industrial projects, and its international expansion.

Founded in 1988, Eurodia designs and industrializes custom processes to extract, separate, purify, concentrate and recover components from complex liquids. The company plays a decisive role in decarbonizing industrial processes that still emit too much CO₂ and in reducing other environmental externalities. It gives its industrial clients efficient and, above all, profitable ways to cut their carbon footprint - saving water, energy and resources and reducing polluting inputs - which is what makes its solutions scalable.

To do this, Eurodia combines a wide range of technologies in which its expertise is recognized: electrodialysis (including bipolar), chromatography, adsorption - notably for DLE processes - ion exchange resins and membrane filtration.

These solutions address several key challenges of industrial transformation:

  • Lithium: Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE), plus lithium refining and recycling.
  • Decarbonization: Electrifying chemical processes that have historically relied on fossil fuels.
  • Resource efficiency: Recovering mineral co-products and cutting water, energy and chemical reagent use.
  • CO₂ capture and biobased chemistry: Developing the technologies needed for CO₂ capture and processes for biobased chemistry.

Rapid growth on a global scale. Driven by the growing number and scale of its industrial projects, Eurodia’s revenue rose from around €34 MM in 2023 to €80 MM in 2025 - more than doubling in two years.

This momentum confirms the strength of its value proposition in fast-accelerating industrial markets, and the capacity of its teams to deliver ever more ambitious projects.

With more than 450 industrial installations deployed across over 50 countries, and 80% of its revenue generated internationally, Eurodia is now entering a new stage in its development.

At a time when industrial investment and financing remain highly selective, the arrival of Starquest Capital and Yotta Capital Partners marks a structural milestone for the Group. The investment strengthens Eurodia’s financial resources to support the rapid growth of its business and the scale-up of its industrial projects.

Two committed partners to support the Group’s scale-up. The deal brings together Eurodia and two French investors committed to the environmental transformation of the economy. Starquest Capital and Yotta Capital Partners are investing through funds classified as Article 9 under the EU’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) - the framework’s most demanding category, reserved for funds with a sustainable investment objective and with measured environmental and social impacts.

Starquest Capital has backed innovative companies contributing to the environmental transition for more than 15 yrs, while Yotta Capital Partners is investing through its Yotta Growth Industry strategy, dedicated to growth capital for industrial scale-ups.

Their arrival is a strong signal of confidence in the Group’s strategy, its growth prospects and its capacity to scale. Eurodia intends to accelerate its international development and continue deploying industrial solutions that contribute to a leaner, higher-performing and more circular industry.

"We are delighted to partner with Starquest Capital and Yotta Capital Partners, who share our group's values and vision. Backing from such leading players in the eco-energy transition is a powerful endorsement. The growing number and scale of projects in this sector confirm the market's strong momentum and fuel our ambition. This partnership will support our rapid growth while maintaining the excellence, innovation and professional approach that have earned Eurodia its reputation with clients over many years,” said Mathieu Bailly, President, Eurodia Industrie.

"Over the past few years, Eurodia has proven the value of its high-tech solutions in tackling key industrial decarbonization challenges, demonstrating excellent project execution on a large scale, such as the DLE deployment at the Salar del Rincón with Rio Tinto. This partnership also illustrates how French technology can secure access to critical materials for the energy transition. We are proud to support Eurodia in this next chapter of its history,” said Mathilde Andrier, Investment Director, Starquest Capital

"Eurodia perfectly exemplifies the kind of industrial growth path we want to support at Yotta Growth Industry. The company has achieved remarkable growth and is now scaling up in deep, rapidly accelerating markets, offering solutions that directly contribute to the decarbonization and transformation of industry. Our goal is to support Eurodia's teams through this next phase by leveraging our experience in scaling innovative industrial businesses,” said Vincent Deltrieu, Managing Partner, Yotta Capital Partners.
