Dow, Saudi Aramco finalize Sadara Chemical JV
Saudi Aramco CEO Khalid A. Al-Falih and Dow CEO Andrew N. Liveris have formalized their joint venture (JV) for Sadara Chemical Co. by signing the shareholders agreement.
