Israeli energy groups agree to build Cyprus plant for LNG exports

The plant and export facilities would be for gas from a partially Israeli-owned Cypriot field, but could also be expanded for processing other gas, including Israel's large offshore Leviathan reserve, according to a statement from Delek Group, which owns stakes in the Cypriot field and Israeli fields.

Shell shuts Trans-Niger oil pipeline after blast, fire

Shell said it had already shut the Trans Niger's 28-inch pipeline to remove connections used for crude oil theft when the incident occurred, causing it to shut the 24-inch pipeline as well.
