ECI Group has signed a licensing agreement with Shaanxi Yanchang China Coal Yulin Energy & Chemical Co., Ltd. (YECC) to deliver a 150,000-tpy copolymer plant project, using ECI Group’s proprietary hybrid reactor technology.
